Miley needs to rest her voice: 'Singing is actually better for your voice than talking, when you talk you use the lower part of your voice, when you sing you're using a different part of your voice and actually it doesn't hurt your voice as much. It's actually better for me to not talk and sing or for me to write, so when I'm quiet, it's better in my room by myself and working on music.'
